Litigation Officer

Prepare documents required to file cases effectively and independently.- Attend any request from customer pertaining to civil proceeding.- Attend, work and execute the civil action against defaulted borrower.**Job Requirement**- Able to work independently with minimum supervision- Able to handle multiple task at any given time and to complete task within the requisite time- Strong command in Malay and English (spoken and written)- Able to work under pressure, committed and meet a tight deadline- Good working attitude, self-motivated with initiatives and responsibility and a good team player**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Litigation: 1 year (preferred)
