Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a full-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 5 years of experience, the Live Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing all live chat operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and effective communication.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of live chat agents to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience through live chat- Monitor chat performance metrics and provide insightful analysis to drive improvements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize chat workflows and processes- Train and onboard new chat agents to ensure consistency in service quality- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements:- 5 years of experience in a live chat management role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Adaptable and energetic personality traits- Strong soft skills in innovation and time management- Proficiency in chat management software and tools- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
