Job Description:
Maxis Berhad is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with our customers. Your primary role will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via live chat to provide support and assistance- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and payment processing- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with customers effectively- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Adaptable and resourceful personality traits- Strong people management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Prior experience in live chat support is a plus
