Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Live Chat Officer at Sapura Energy Berhad, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with customers. This is a remote work position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to customers based on their needs and preferences.3. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience.4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. Energetic and resourceful personality with strong communication skills.2. Ability to make quick decisions and negotiate effectively to resolve customer issues.3. Proficiency in written communication and ability to articulate ideas clearly.4. Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.5. Must be willing to work full-time and be available for shifts as required.
