Live Engagement Manager (Freelancer)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Actively engage with the audience during live sessions through comments, polls, and interactive features to foster a sense of community and participation.- Monitor chat rooms and social media platforms to respond to audience questions, comments, and concerns in real-time.- Enforce community guidelines and ensure a respectful and inclusive environment during live sessions.- Moderate user-generated content and interactions to maintain a positive experience for all participants.- Provide technical support to participants and troubleshoot any issues related to accessing or interacting with live sessions.- Coordinate with technical teams to address platform-related issues and ensure smooth execution of live events.- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to align goals, timelines, and expectations.**QUALIFICATION**- Diploma in Communications, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in audience engagement, community management, or social media marketing, preferably in a live event or broadcasting context.- Strong understanding of social media platforms, live streaming technologies, and online community dynamics.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.- Familiarity with live streaming platforms.- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.**Job Type**: Freelance**Salary**: RM20.00 per day**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- TipsApplication Question(s):- How proficient are your writing skills in both English and Bahasa, and can you provide examples of your work in each language?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- English & Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
