Live Operation Executive

Responsible for operation like inventory mgmt, product mgmt during live- Responsible for arrangement of live host schedule- Interact with viewers through live comments, responding to questions, feedback and fostering a positive and engaging environment- Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop interactive elements such as polls, challenges, and giveaways to enhance viewers engagement- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics during live broadcasts, such as viewers count, engagement rate, and comments, then take approriate action- Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases during LIVE Streaming- Introduce product selling points, display of product, reviews and consumer experience in an attractive and creative manner during livestream session.- Track and report sales performance- Track and report video performance- Track and report live stream performance- Track and report host performance- Assist the HOD to improvise process flows and structuring policies for managing live stream- Able to complete ad-hoc tasks on time- Managing of Live room facilities including camera, lightings, display of our productsRequirement**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,700.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission payApplication Question(s):- What is your current salary?- What is your expected salary?- How long is your notice period?
