Livestream Production Executive

Assist Live Host during the production process daily, perform numerous tasks as needed including set up lighting, props, and other equipment.- Support Live Host during Live Streaming.- Prepare and ensure everything is ready prior to Live Streaming. Stays on-site throughout the Live Streaming to provide support to the Live Host and step in when needed.- Support and execute all aspects of livestream production according to plan, including props preparation, set design and technical integration.- Coordinates with Operations team and Live Host for livestream campaign requirements.- Maintain and improve production process or workflow.- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Company.- Set up livestream, and adjust livestream live setting through OBS (open broadcast software) system- Pin product, reply comments, set flash sales through TikTok seller center- Communication skills (assist host to explain how to redeem giveaway, redeem vouchers, and how to purchase)- Daily reporting (record live performance data daily, analysing and reporting livestream performance to superiors)**; Requirements**:- Fresh Graduate / Diploma / Degree is encouraged to apply.- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.- Interested in beauty and skin care industry, relevant working experience is preferred.
