Locum Ward Nurse

**Ward Nurse**- Perform patient assessments upon admission, including obtaining medical history and conducting physical examinations.- Assist physicians during medical procedures and examinations.- Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary.- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other specialized nursing interventions.- Administer intravenous therapy and manage IV lines.- Conduct patient education on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.- Perform nursing procedures such as catheterization, nasogastric tube insertion, and tracheostomy care.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.- Maintain infection control measures and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, vital signs, and medical status.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.**Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: RM23.00 - RM30.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 8 per weekSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Holidays- Weekend jobsExpected Start Date: 03/30/2024
