Logistic Coordinator

**Job Descriptions**:- Liaise with internal & forwarder for shipping rate, shipping schedule and term- Prepare duty exemption approval, LOI or LOA to forwarder to release goods from port- Prepare invoice, delivery order, packing list and shipping instruction and summit to forwarder for custom declaration- Provide invoice, delivery order, shipping instruction & etc and summit to forwarder for K1 declaration at custom- Ensure LMW regulation is followed by internal consistently- Consistently updating direct superior on ad hoc issue or abnormality in shipping documentation- Any other duties as required and assigned by the Management**Requirements**:- At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Knowledge in imports / exports business and documentation- Well versed knowledge in LMW licensing requirement- Team workers who are enthusiastic, customer-focused with initiative- Able to liaise with custom officer/forwarder on custom requirement
