Role & Responsibilities1) Managing packaging supplier PCA (Production Capability Assessment) - send out self-assessment forms and follow up on reply, documentation completion such as ISO and IATF certs, and scoring/assessment reply.2) PNCC - send out PNCCs to suppliers on complaints and follow up for reply to close PNCCs on time, follow up on production downtime claims, and update summary status.3) Canteen operation services - manage contracts and contract renewals, liaise with canteen operator on feedback and improvements, etc.4) Vendor registration - Raise CDD checks and ensure complete documentation for MD Team to perform vendor registration in JDE.5) Claim and complete streamline under PKI plant coordinator stage6) Complete JDE webtools and communicate to MDM for FPC item creation in JDE.7) SLOB Management - recertification follow up with raw material supplier8) NPI Project involve new raw material, follow up with supplier for sample, costing, lead time and etc9) Weekly raise order requisition for raw materialPreferred Criteria1) Diploma holder and equivalent work experience, in an appropriate technical and commercial discipline.2) 3 years and above in relevant business preferably in planning, purchasing, procurement, logistic, supply chain operation.3) Detailed and organized in data entry, good follow up and tracking of inbound shipment status.4) Computer literate in MS Office, other software will be trained.5) Able to multitask but won't be extensively overloaded.1) Lots of manual data entry and must have good computer skills2) Minimum 3 years of experience but those with 2 years can be considered as long they have relevant experience (planning, purchasing, procurement, logistic, supply chain operations)3) Must have good stakeholder management skills4) This position is replacement role and the contract will end on Sept 20245) Location is Port Klang (10 min walk from Port Klang Commuter Station)6) Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM (Mon-Fri)7) Interview: F2F or Virtual and only 1 round of interview8) Salary: RM4700 (max)**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: Up to RM4,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Port Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Logistic, Procurement: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)
