Logistic Executive (Precast Company)

Coordinate and monitor the smooth delivery of finished goods from production to job sites including the escort of oversize/ overheight goods.- Prepare full sets of commercial documentation such as packing list,DO, Invoice.- Coordinate with shipping agent for customs clearance processes.- Ensure compliance with import/ export regulations/ customs regulations and legal and health & safety requirement.- To plan, organize, coordinate and manage logistic operation in order to ensure right products are delivered to the right location on time.- Pre-delivery inspection to ensure good quality goods are delivered.- Manage logistics processes through coordinating with internal departments and external parties.- Any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by superior from time to time.**Requirements**:- Degree in Business Administration/ Logistics/ Operation Management and/ or any other relevant field.- At least 3 years of experience in logistics management.- Experience in precast manufacture industry will be added advantage**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Logistic: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
