Details of the offer

**Key Role**- Responsible for the overall supply chain management.**Key Reponsibilities**- To key in delivery order (DO) in SQL system.- To key in SQL good received matched with PO for third party transporter M3.- To key in daily panel lifting form with casting date.- To key in monthly delivery report and record total daily delivery record compare with MCL quantity.- To compile acknowledge DO from site and pass to contract department every first of week.- To key in Excel delivery report follow by return acknowledge DO for contract department every first of week.- To record rejected & returned panels from site into replacement record.- To record & update daily loading & unloading panel time at transit time summary report.- To key in driver M3 claims by drivers and submit weekly to HR department.- To weigh incoming lorry.- To prepare MRF based on lorry repair invoice and summary report.- To do daily delivery planning.- To liaise with the person in charge on site for the panel request.- To prepare Delivery Order (SQL) and arrange lorry based on DO.- To ensure all lorry drivers returned the delivery order after delivery.- To verify delivery order from internal transfer and delivery to site.- To verify lorry driver overtime in and out during delivery.- To check panel transfer from the production line to the yard.- To verify transport invoice.- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.**Requirements**:- Preferably min 1 year(s) of working experience or fresh graduate in related fields.- Required language(s): English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin- Preferably relevant experiences in Customer Service / Logistic Management / Purchasing / Material Planner / Administration & Secretarial.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.**Job Types**: New-Grad, Full-time, Contract**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shift
