**Responsibilities**:- We are searching for an enthusiastic Logistic, Supervisor (Based in Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan) to join our amazing team at Sugihara Grand Industries Sdn Bhd in Seremban.- Growing your career as a Full Time Logistic, Supervisor (Based in Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan) is a terrific opportunity to develop useful skills.-**Job Summary****Responsibilities**:- Manage Finished Goods Store (FGs) operations to ensure delivery to customers is done promptly and correctly. Ensure stock data is accurate and up-to-date at all times.**Preferred Male Due To Night Shift**Key Responsibilities- Plan for deliveries of finished goods in a most cost effective way- Verify quantity of goods loaded and arrange for transporter to deliver the goods promptly- Compile, check and verify transporter DO and invoices and manage transporter issues- Monitor inventory movement of FGs- Prepare and compile transporters' invoices against DOs received before forwarding them for approval- Administer store procedures to maximize efficiency and control- Conduct stock checks to ensure stock levels tally with the actual stock in hand- Compile transporter DO and invoices for submission to Accounts department- Generate DOs correctly and ensure all DOs are returned with signatures and company's stamp to acknowledge deliveries- Check rack and coordinate for maintenance activity- Update racks record and perform audits at customer's place, warehouses, etc where necessary and handle discrepancies immediately- Monitor the performance of transporters to ensure they comply with all the requirements including customers' delivery rules and procedures- Store all finished goods in a neat and orderly manner- Maintain the cleanliness of the Store area at all times- Support and carry out responsibility assigned related to Safety, Health & Environment**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**- EPF- SOCSO- Annual Leave**Company Benefits**- Excellent benefits- Advancement opportunities- Competitive salary**Job originally posted on GrabJobs.
