To perform operational activities (coordination of delivery and stock management);- Issue delivery orders, delivery records, ensure inventory counts and verify goods received;- To Post POD (Proof of Delivery) for delivered sales order / Filing sales order after POD done;- To manage 3rd party warehouse / transporter enquiry on stock / delivery issue;- Keep track of all delivery schedules and shipment dates;- Coordinate with suppliers on item delivery and replacements details;- To perform Half Yearly stock-take and justification of stock variance;- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.**; Requirements**:- Diploma in Business or equivalent;- Available immediate or within short notice;- 1-2 years relevant experience would be an advantage;- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).
