Logistic & Warehouse Executive

_**Requirements**_- Diploma or Degree in Logistic / Transportation / Business Study /Administration or equivalent- Minimum 3 years working experience in logistics/ supply chain/ freight forwarding- Understand the transportation process flow and its interface with business, production & shipping process- Familiar with planning techniques.- Computer Literate - Ms Excel, Ms Word and any related software- **Responsibilities**_- Plan delivery / shipment arrangement for all outlets and fair item/ import & export with the relevant party internally and externally.- Prepare monthly duty roster for Lorry Driver - Time and place.- Handling the related billing, shipment cost from supplier and process the system entry.- Prepare report as assigned by management.- Checking the subordinate work - Invoice, Transfer Note, Credit Note, and Delivery Note.- Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating Shipment schedules. Monitoring inventory levels and initiating transportation or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high.- Source few outside transportation for back up in the event of emergency needed.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion
