**Key Responsibilities**:**Operations Costs**:- Attend to vendors requests - Ensure goods receipt performed on time to meet the payment cycle to avoid late payment and ensure costs and recorded at the correct months.- Assist on Coupa CSP issues - Perform month end closing and prepare for monthly accrual reports**Document Administration**:- Counter check on the delivery orders & Invoice before submission.- Delivery document confirmation in BLAC/CSS system in a timely and accurate manner.- Documentation management and storage.- Scanning of documentations and upload to folders.- Submit request of Credit and Debit Note, where applicable**Delivery Documentation Preparations**:- Generate delivery documents according to delivery planning in a timely manner.- Ensure documents are well kept within drivers reached and ensure no documentation are lost**Billing and vendor related scope**:- Attend to internal / external vendor request Ensure SRV (Goods Receipts) done on time**Key Requirement**:**Working Location: Tangga Batu, Melaka**Contract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
