**Job Description**:- Manage the overall claims submission process and communicating claims related matters with 3PLs.- Work closely with finance in managing the claims payment process- Analyze claims data and perform root cause analysis for a streamlined and efficient claim process.- Ensure all claimable expenses have been submitted with sufficient evidence to ensure a high approval rate.- Follow up on the claims process and communicate across internal and external stakeholders as and when required to ensure invoices are issued in a timely manner as per agreed terms.- Highlight and raise any claims related issues to management for prompt resolution.- Review SOP and initiate improvement solutions based on business needs to ensure a seamless claims process.- Prepare claims analysis reports and present to management as and when required.**Requirements**:- At least 3 years of working experience in billing and claim related roles.- Possess high integrity,with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.- Outstanding ability in engaging stakeholders for justification.- Good logical thinking and problem solving skills.- Data driven and detail oriented person.- High proficiency in MS Excel.- Team player, and strong in both written skills and verbal communication.
