About The Companyyou will be joining an established manufacturing company who have been operating for over six decades.Logistics ManagerBased in IpohTeam size: Below 10duties and responsibilityAs a Logistics Manager, you are responsible for the following:Lead and manage a team of logistics personnel overseeing daily operations at plants located in Ipoh.Strategize and assess the transportation strategy and needs for the business.Develop and implement schedules for fleet and distribution at both Ipoh sites to meet daily supply chain demands, totaling approximately few thousands of metric tons per day.Strategize and oversee the scheduling of bagged/bulk cement, export cement, and export clinker deliveries to optimize distribution networks and minimize operational costs across air, sea and land transportation modesSkills /experienceAt least 3-5 years in relevant Logistics, Fleet Management and Import / ExportPrior people management experience is crucialWilling to be based in PerakKnowledge in logistics, transportation and shipping operationsPossess own transport and wlling to travel between plant to port, when requiredhow to applyIf you have relevant experiences which fulfill the above requirements, click 'Apply' to proceed with your application.Open to Malaysian applicants onlyShortlisted candidates will be contacted directly
