Logistics Officer

_**Responsibilities**:_- Responsible for handling the flow of goods and materials within the organization.- Perform all assigned logistic tasks, including coordinate freight shipments, customs clearance, transportation and shipping arrangement within the specified time frame.- Monitor daily shipments by tracking the movement of trucks.- Manage shipping documentation (invoices, delivery orders, packing list, customs declaration forms) and LMW license.- Coordinate with forwarders and related departments to ensure timely shipment with proper packaging, labelling and indicators.- Preparing reports on shipping activity for Management to review.- Any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by superior from time to time.- **Requirement**:_- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in logistic or supply chain management.- Efficient in documentation support.- Good in time management and prioritizing skills, ability to work in a team.- Good communication and customer service skills.- Computer literature with proficiency in MS Office Excel/Words/Power point.- Possess valid driving license and own transport.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusAbility to Relocate:- Melaka: Relocate before starting work (required)
