JOB VACANCYPOSITION - LOGISTICS OPERATION ASSISTANTLOCATION - PULAU INDAH, PORT KLANGSALARY - RM 3000-4000Job Descriptions- To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers- Ensure consignment orders are processed accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customersand/or management.- Able to communicate and coordinate with Shippers, Customers, Customs broker, Transporters on cargotransportations/status.- Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.- Assist in customs documentation and ensure accurate declaration of import and export permits.- Maintain a systematic document filing.- Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assisting in overdue payment collection.- Perform any other ad hoc assigned by the department head.**Requirements**:- Diploma holder in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the logistics field- Positive working attitude & be a good team player.- Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g., Excel/words.- Shipping/ logistics management, good interpersonal skills- Neat and discipline on documentation.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Melayu.AGENSI PEKERJAAN NS SHUE SDN BHD.Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
