Ensuring warehouse packed On-Time In-Full (OTIF) for our regional 3PL warehouses.- Monitor Last Mile service provider - 2C delivery and returns on a daily basis and ensure parcels are delivered on time.- Responsible for the inventory accuracy between internal and service provider system.- Perform periodic stock counts, ensure inventory transactions are accurately logged and perform reconciliation activities if required.- Support customers service on customer enquiries, feedbacks and complaints on time.**Requirements**:- Prior experience working in warehousing and logistics related roles.- Experience working in e-commerce logistics operations is a plus.- Organised and comfortable working with data.- Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to details.- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring that records tracking and system execution are done accurately.- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts in HQ.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
