JOB DESCRIPTIONS:Ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods and services, optimizing logistics processes and minimizing transportation costs.Track shipments and update status in databases, providing real-time visibility and ensuring accurate and timely delivery.Resolve customer service issues related to sales order, delivery, addressing concerns and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, stay updated on industry standards, and maintain proper documentation.Prepare and review reports, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing logistics operations and performance.Handle all shipping documentation for import and export (permit, invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, letter of credit).Follow up, apply, and renew import and export permit from time to time.Work closely with warehouse and local distribution team to co-ordinate shipments.Update of KPI on individual shipments and shipment process.Provide after sales service to customer (if any).Maintain relationships with key partners and customers.Ad-hoc activities support such as preparing reports and data whenever is required.SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:At least Bachelor's degree and relevant experience.At least 5 years' relevant working experiences in logistic.Experience and understanding in logistics and warehouse operations.Experience in SAP and VAS.Problem solving skill.Analytical and negotiation skill.Other duties as assigned by the company.
