**Training Program Development**:- Collaborate with Training Manager and stakeholders to identify training needs, objectives, and learning outcomes in logistics fundamental/- Use the logistics training materials, curriculum, and resources based on instructional design principles and adult learning theories.- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, such as classroom training, e-learning modules, workshops, simulations, and on-the-job training.- **Training Delivery**:- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, ensuring content delivery is clear, concise, and relevant to participants' roles and responsibilities.- Adapt training content and delivery approach to accommodate different learning styles, skill levels, and cultural backgrounds.- Provide demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and practical examples to reinforce learning objectives and promote skill mastery.- **Participant Engagement and Support**:- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.- Engage participants through effective questioning, discussions, and group activities to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Provide individualized coaching, feedback, and support to address learners' questions, concerns, and performance gaps.- **Training Evaluation and Improvement**:- Assess training effectiveness and learner satisfaction through evaluations, surveys, quizzes, and other feedback mechanisms.- Analyze training data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.- Continuously update and revise training materials and methods based on feedback, industry trends, and organizational changes.- **Training Administration**:- Coordinate logístical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, equipment setup, and participant registration.- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluation results for reporting and compliance purposes.- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to procure training resources, materials, and services as needed.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, organizational development, or a related field- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.- Train the Train Cert**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Logistic: 3 years (preferred)License/Certification:- Train the Trainer (required)Application Deadline: 04/10/2024
