Loto Officer

**Job Summary**- Control the flow of LOTO (Lock In Tag Out) process at the Port & Yard operating system aiming to ensuring the safety of the processes to reach the required standards levels as per design client.- Responsible for cleanliness or 5S of LOTO Room during the shift- Responsible for reporting any deviation in LOTO process under his monitoring to immediate leader.- Responsible to manage the process of printing LOTO tags and label for the LOTO purpose.- Issue the operational LOTO tag to LOTO executor.- Performing zero energy verification with the LOTO executor.- Creating primary LOTO boxes after the verification completed- Maintaining & securing primary LOTO boxes at LOTO rooms.- Involved in the process of LOTO release.- Performing exceptional LOTO releases.- Performing some operational activities such as Safe Work Permit Management, Field Inspection, etc.- Responsible for the operational of LOTO Room in general.**Job Requirements**- Diploma of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mecha electronic, process, chemical).**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- What is your current and expected salary?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- port operations: 3 years (required)License/Certification:- LOTO procedures (required)
