Facebook Advertising: - Manage and post advertisements on Facebook to reach a wider audience. Microsoft Excel Skills: - Create sales charts and conduct data analysis using Microsoft Excel. Scheduling and Task Management: - Remind the supervisor of schedules and maintain a to-do list. Assist with Bosss Tasks: - Assist in tasks such as shopping and coffee preparation. Financial Management: - Utilize the companys bank account to handle bill payments and expenses. Research and Support: - Conduct research and provide support to the board of directors in finding solutions to challenges. Basic Tax and Accounting Knowledge: - Possess fundamental knowledge of tax and accounting principles. Quick Learning and Adaptability: - Ability to rapidly learn new skills and willingness to take on challenges. Canva Proficiency: - Proficient in using Canva for various design tasks. Job Requirement Minimum Degree in any field. Able to do presentation Able to work under pressure. Good command and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and or Mandarin (Optional) Minimum 3 year of experience in similar role.
