M Customer Service Exec [Fresh Graduate]

Responsibilities:- Ensure the preparation of quotation time basis with sufficient details and follow up.- Segregation off work to meet shipment arrangements.- Attend & assist indoor meetings with customer on related matters.- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.- Handling and understand customer's inquiry and respond accordingly.- Follow up on the payment of cash bills for collection.- Liaise with customer on the daily basis for shipment arrangements.- Coordinate with Operations and Forwarding Department on daily basis for shipment arrangement.- Preparation of Job Order for daily shipments.- Undertake any others duties as requested by department head or management.**Requirements**:- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Fluent in English, Mandarin, excellent oral and written communication skills.- Good team player, independent and self motivated.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
