M&E Coordinator

Overseeing manage, plans, coordinate & monitor daily M&E operation at site.- Ensure M&E works are performing on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.- To instruct, supervise and monitor subcontractors to meet proposed schedule.- Perform site and technical coordination between the consultants, subcontractor works, civil, structural, architecture and other trades.- Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation**Requirements**:- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Building Construction projects or in the construction industry.- Proficiency in Autocad, Microsoft Office- Willing to work under tight project's schedule- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction company (main contractor)- Able to resolve technical problems and clashes on site- PC literate in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AutoCAD- Able to work independently with little supervision and interact with all levels of staff**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Fixed shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- M&E Construction: 3 years (preferred)
