M&E Engineer

• Responsible for assisting Project Manager in planning, designing, managing, and maintaining M&E systems in accordance with company’s Quality Management System, safety, and sustainability standards. • Ensure that all works (including sub-contractors) are carried out based on established method statements/ procedures, contract requirement and specifications. • Liaise with consultant, sub-contractors, client, suppliers on all site technical matter/ M&E related matters, e.g., timely issuance of construction drawings, follow up on drawings, amendments etc. • To carried out site inspection and ensure works according to drawing specification. • Study, highlight and resolve any discrepancies of drawings, bills of quantity and specification. • Liaise and attend site meeting with consultant team and subcontractors. • Regularly monitor direct worker’s productivity, re-organize worker’s distribution from time to time. • Carried out daily inspection at site. • Overall responsibility for testing & commissioning. • Work arrangement & coordination between different trade of M&E service in conjunction to structure and architecture etc. • To issue RFI, correspondence to relevant parties. • Complies with company regulations and ISO requirements.
