M&E Technician

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- To monitor the entire construction work at site and provide progress update reports and document to ensure the project is on schedule.- Supervise quality and progress of work and ensures that projects are completed within stipulated period and budgets.- Able to coordinate and supervise sub-contractor, supplier and workers.- Effective and efficient implementation of project in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and etc.- To attend site meetings, project meeting, prepare work progress reports, update Site Daily Report and highlight problems or defects in construction works.- Examine & verify material delivered to site prior to unloading.- Monitor, supervise and control for all labours, materials, machinery, construction activities, etc. to ensure smooth and effective operation for the project.- Monitor and Control the use and storage of materials and equipment to minimize unnecessary waste.- Liaise with government agencies, local authorities, subcontractors, clients, suppliers and consultants on day-to-day affairs.**JOB REQUIREMENT**:- Possess Diploma in M&E Engineering or any related field.- Must having good interpersonal skills.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.- At least 1 year of work experience in the related field.Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentApplication Question(s):- Please write down your expected salary (compulsory)
