Clinsam EnterpriseJob Highlights- Work from office- Monday to FridayWe are looking for a **Machining Technician(CNC/Plastic Injection) **to join our team based in MalaysiaWe are looking for the right people to do the work.Roles and Responsibilities:- Program, set-up, and operate both CNC and conventional machine tools to produce precision parts and components as required according to specifications provided.- Assemble and test various apparatus, equipment and mechanisms, when necessary, as per assignment.- Assist with the design aspects of jobs assigned if or when required to assure safety, functionality, cost, and timeline targets will be met with the final product.- Come up with a process plan to include any necessary fixture- Inspect, repair, and maintain EMS shop equipment in accordance with required operational and safety standards.- Documentation of all maintenance and inspection items is necessary.- Other duties as assigned.**Requirements**:- At least 2 years related working experience- Knowledge of actual machining component tolerances, doable machining parts, and material decision- Proficiency in the use of CAD/CAM and solid modelling software for design, tool-pathing, and customer file evaluation and validation.- Experience using SolidWorks is an asset.- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy- Interpersonal skills to work within a team, taking direction from Project Managers and Engineers- Time management skills to complete error-free work within the required timeframe- Communication skills with an emphasis on reading and writing for creating documentation and reports- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions- personalities of friendly, sincere, and professional are very important- Good in time management, especially punctuality- Good in productivity, especially capable to complete at least the daily chores- Able to communicate in Bilingual (Written and Verbal).Be part of the growth story, send in your resume.
