Mainframe Cics Programmer

Job Description:**Mainframe CICS programmer**- Have to perform all functions related to supporting CICS and MQSeries including administration, configuration, installation, maintenance, upgrades, performance, problem-solving and optimize the performance of the system.- Support CICS release levels of TS v5.2 and higher.- Upgrade CICS TS environment with new releases.- Support CICS Plex SM environment / IAM RLS environment.- Perform work assignments within CICS using MRO concepts.- Use CICS Explorer to monitor CICS systems.- Use RACF to support the client's requirements for CICS Applications.- Solve complex CICS problems effectively and quickly with mínimal assistance and direction.- Support On-Call 24x7.- Able to perform VSAM recovery**Required Knowledge & Skills**:- Experience as a CICS Systems Programmer sufficient enough that you would require only mínimal guidance for projects.- Experience with CICS TS v5.2 or higher.- Experience with automation within CICS Systems duties.- Experience with capacity and performance issues.- Experience reading and debugging using mainframe core dumps, AbendAid.- Experience with TSO/ISPF/SDSF/JCL.- Experience with Disaster Recovery processes.- Experience with SMP/E.- Experience with CICS TS with IDMS.- Experience with researching technical issues and possible software solutions.- Upgrade of 3rd party software like TMON, RUV**Salary**: RM1,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday
