Maintenance Assistant

**Responsibilities**:1. Inspecting, fixing and maintaining equipment and machinery.2. Conducting routine inspections of our premises and equipment3. Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing.4. Providing information and advice on maintenance issues to superior (maintenance supervisor/maintenance assistant manager/ manager)5. Painting and decorating or conducting repairs to flooring and other fittings6. Ensuring office rooms, laboratory, production areas are maintained and fully equipped.7. Maintaining ground works such as grass cutting, removing grass/plants.8. Maintain 5S in workshop9. Responsible for stock count of workshop inventories.10. Performing duties with appropriate PPE and following safety procedures**Requirement**- The ability to safely operate hand and power tools as well as cleaning equipment.- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices (PAT)- Experience with basic plumbing, electrical and painting/ decorating works is desirable- Prefer to be competent person as scaffolding Operator by DOSH.- Prefer to have Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electrical Engineering or with equivalent qualification.**Salary**: From RM1,700.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Hulu Kelang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- How many years work experience in mechanical/ electrical?
