**Job Responsibilities:- **- Liaises with the Procurement manager to determine the product needs by the Hotel.- To deal with the supplier on product availability, to get the best price and delivery times.- Assesses cost of company purchase- Arrange and process the ordering of goods for hotel usage & department request.- issuing purchase order / delivery note / Invoices & key in data entry for receiving & purchase items.- Coordinate and finalize details of all Hotel function, catering and deliveries.**Requirements**:- Diploma in Engineering/ Diploma in Accounting or related- Familiar with maintenance item/parts for hotel usage.Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 05/02/2024
