MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE (FACILITIES MAINTENANCE)**Deadline : 10 November 2023****Qualification**- Diploma/Degree in Engineering/building maintenance or other related fields with 5 years (in executive field).**Other Requirement**- Computer literacy.- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.- Able to work under pressure and challenging timelines.- Able to work with mínimal supervision.**Responsibility**- Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance and related work.- Plan and manage all repair, troubleshoot and installation.- Supervise and lead all maintenance process and operations.- To perform other function that may require from time to time as instructed by Management.
