Maintenance Executive

**The Role**:As the Maintenance Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will ensure that our unit is in tip top condition. You will focus on coordinating, hands-on work, and client servicing. Your work will directly impact the quality of the designer units.**What You'll Do**:- Coordinate with the technicians, clients, tenants, and building management to carry out maintenance work- Work on processing warranty claims- Conduct site inspection and perform minor repair work (eg. plumbing and wiring; training will be provided)- Schedule for repairing work, site inspection and restaging work**; Requirements**:- Background/interest in renovation, maintenance, customer service, or hospitality is a plus- Ability to juggle multiple task- Strong project management and client servicing skills- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn- Have your own car
