Maintenance Executive

Responding immediately to any emergency maintenance request and ensure all breakdown repairs bring proper record.- To keep accurate and up to date records pertaining to repairs and maintenance checklist form and parts- Receive work orders and determine what parts, equipment and services are needed to perform necessary maintenance and repair work.- Oversee facility-related equipment and systems in outlets and offices.- Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders.- Report to management on all matters, adhering to company values and regulations.- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.Job Requirements:- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal providedSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Tips
