Job Descriptions: 1. Provides overall coordination on building maintenance. 2. Maintaining and upkeep all building services works. 3. Schedule daily work programmes. 4. Coordinates with inter-departments on Megamall's upgrading works and tenants' fit-out works. 5. Regular maintenance on Megamall's common area to ensure all finishes are in good condition and minimize the time taken for breakdown replacement. 6. Records and monitors maintenance and replacement works done for tenants. 7. Coordinates and supervises works that carry out by contractors. 8. Organize, manage and supervise daily task to be perform by supervisors and technicians. 9. Prepare daily and monthly reports. 10. Execute or perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior. Job Requirements 1. Minimum Diploma in Building Maintenance, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical or Building Surveying qualification. 2. Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in similar field or in construction field. 3. Experience in large shopping centers or business complexes will be an added advantage. 4. Easily adapting to change of demand and requests. 5. Ability to organize and coordinates any events and preparing schedule. 6. Independent and possess good analytical skills. 7. Able to communicate clearly to any levels of people. 8. Physically fit to carry out the job as hands-on is needed. 9.
