**Position: Maintenance Manager****Work Location: Klang (Must be able to travel to sites around Malaysia)****Salary: Up to RM 9,000 (based on work experience and education qualification)****Benefits**:- 13th Month Salary.- Short Term Incentive (STI) 5% of annual wages and depending to Company.- Award and Individual Performances.- Merit increment.- Dental, annual checkup, outpatient medical for employee and spouse and children, insurance coverage for employee.- Award/rewards points.**Work Schedule**:- Mondays to Fridays / 8.30 am to 5.30 pm- Might need to work on Saturday to carry out Predictive Maintenance activities because the site runs 24 hours - Will be entitled for Replacement Leave.**Job Descriptions**:- Ensure that site Maintenance activities in comply with current and future legal and regulatory requirements and with Company policies and procedures.- Strong sense in HSE and comply with Site HSE procedure. - To have strong awareness in 5S.- Ability in PPC technology in equipment and facility continuous and train the maintenance engineer and technician.- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out according to the company's HSE policy and procedures and within legislation.- Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out at maximum efficiency, promote improvement in work practices led to better HSE performance, quality and achieved the maintenance KPI's.- Develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance Plan and Predictive Maintenance plan for related equipment.- Maintain records and documentation for equipment, spare parts and performance records necessary to keep the plant performance at a high level.- Provide constructive idea and solution to the related equipment which is hidden design flaws, influence of the production efficiency and HSE issues.- Provide technical support to solve the Equipment Emergency fault and organize the technicians to analysis and find out the root cause of the failure.- Ensure that relevant equipment inspections / calibrations required by the company's quality, safety and environmental procedures and Chinese legislations are completed on time.- New project and equipment introduced follow-ups closely and make the mechanical acceptance go smoothly and effectively.- Maintenance Cost manage and follow-up under budget. Continuously improve production process and facilities to meet EHS requirement, enhance productivity and reduce production cost.- Train the staff in routine maintenance and production tasks.**Job Requirements**:- Degree and above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.- **Minimum 10-11 years of working experience in a MNC polymer manufacturing industry & handling injection molding and extrusions machines.**:- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin language are a must for liaison with business stakeholders.**Required Skills**:- Handling injection molding and extrusions machines.- Strong working knowledge of reliability concepts (such as defect elimination, reliability centered maintenance, root-cause failure analysis, failure mode and effect analysis, etc.)- Defect elimination and ongoing predictive and preventive maintenance of facilities.- Knowledge of industrial and corporate codes and standards.- Work planning & scheduling.- Understanding of quality requirements.- Rotating process equipment, power transmission, and electrics.- SAP, Fire Codes, Safety Codes, ISO Procedures.- maintenance equipment, instrument calibration equipment- Mentor junior engineers/ technicians.**Tag: nfh/plp/04032024****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payApplication Question(s):- Are you fully vaccinated for Covid-19?- Will you be able to start work immediately?- Are you a Malaysian citizen?**Experience**:- Polymer manufacturing industry: 10 years (required)
