Maintenance Officer

**Job Roles & Responsibilities:- **- Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire-fighting and other mechanical & electrical services of the facility.- Conduct monthly and routine inspections of facilities and equipment and timely reports submission.- System - 400V TNB incoming Supply and 400/230V distribution system_- Diesel Standby Generator set 1_- Liaise with authorities (/ utilities providers) such as TNB, DOSH, Syabas, JKKP and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.- Plan, organize and implement a comprehensive program (including both corrective and preventive activities) to ensure smooth operation all mechanical and electrical.- To maintain the building and facilities in a cost-effective manner work and work within the established budgets.- Ensure that safe working practices are used and appropriate Health and Safety legislation adopted.- Be responsible for coverage of the company's 24/7 emergency call.- Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior or Management.**Job Requirements:- **- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or any related disciplines.- Possess complete logbook.- At least 1 year of working experience in low voltage standby generator.- At least 1 year of working experience in installation and maintenance of low voltage aerial line.- Good working knowledge of electrical safety precautions and preventive maintenance.- Knowledge of warehouse or building environment.- Teamwork orientated person.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus
