To maintain workers' hostel in accordance with the company and customer requirement.- To brief to the sup on the hostel hardware, electrical items, safety requirement for new set up.- To perform spot check audits on hostels for maintenance issue- To perform data collection and data compilation on the hostel repair check by maintenance tech.- To perform data collection and data compilation on the workers concerns and grievances maintenance issue.- Attend to window times at hostels for workers concerns and grievances maintenance issue.- To support operation whenever they need arrangement hostel cleaning, grass cutting, painting by arranging maintenance team- To reconsolidate all maintenance repair items and monitoring the cost of repairing- Follow up and monitoring maintenance work done as per schedule- Maintain adequate inventory of tools, equipment and stock; place orders when necessary- Monitor energy and water management programs to ensure cost effective use of utilities- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures for the Maintenance Department- Develop and maintain records of all maintenance work, including inspections, certifications, reports and logsSupporting Task:- To prepare relevant reports and conduct documentation filling as appropriates and submit to Manager.- Support operation team on RBA requirement / setting up hostel / cleaning / painting / Electrical / Building work / Security- Monitoring utility usage- Support theft case / house breaking case in the event request- Liaise with Government regulatory (TND/PBA/MPSP/INDAH WATER) in the event any issueAd-Hoc:- Any other related task assigned to you from time to time by your superior.- Comply with Quality Policy and other policy, which are enforced by Company.Authority:- Take disciplinary action on subordinates not complying to job standard and disciplinary issues- Attend meeting with customers on behalf of superior and top management when needed**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Technician: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kulim (required)Expected Start Date: 02/22/2024
