Maintenance Technician

In line with our expansion plans, we are looking for enterprising candidates for the following position:
Responsibilities:
• To maintain in-process records as per Standard Operating Procedures
• Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting process and utilities equipment that support manufacturing process area.
• Coordinate with Production for preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance
• Carry out servicing & maintenance of plant machinery/mechanical equipment
• Assist the team with maintaining an up-to-date working spare parts inventory system for the equipment/systems the team is responsible for.
• Ensure that operational log and work order documentation is completed with accurate information.
• Provide support of start-up of new equipment to ensure it meets all mechanical design specifications.
Requirements:
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Able to interact with people at all levels.
• Candidate must possess at least a STPM, Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Fresh /entry level/inexperienced candidates, who are willing to learn, hard working, self-confident and positive minded are also welcomed to apply, as training will be provided.
• Independent, Matured, Positive attitude and have an interest in maintenance work.
