Maintenance Technician

Setting up and operating different Automated Packaging Machines. E.g. Filling Machines, Capping Machine, Labelling Machine, Shrink Wrap Machine, Heat Oven Machine, Mixer.- Keep equipment in good working order by performing regular inspection, cleaning, servicing along with routine and preventative maintenance to ensure minimization of breakdowns and unplanned downtime.- Assist in calculating OEE score monthly for all Production Machines.- Quick Respond in investigating root causes of breakdowns and troubleshooting issues while following Safety Protocol.- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breakers etc.)- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, repair windows, install blinds, replacing water tap etc)- Assist Maintenance Engineer in everyday job tasks.**Requirements**:- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Have an ability to work well under pressure- Good verbal and written communication skills- Relevant technical knowledge- Able to work in a team and independently- Understanding of safety and procedures are advantage**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Day shiftApplication Question(s):- How much is your expected salary?**Education**:- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)**Experience**:- Technician: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Shah Alam (required)
