(Malaysia) Post Sales Engineer (Data Centre)

Responsibilities / Introduction Responsible for problem identification, troubleshooting and implementation on all range of Microsoft platform.Engage in the maintenance and support activities, which include perform troubleshooting, incident response and patching in a timely manner.Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades.Work with end users, architects and team lead in developing and implementing Microsoft related configuration changes based on requirements.Create and maintain documentation for Microsoft platforms for installation, changes, upgrades an operational maintenance.Self-motivated with a positive “can do” attitude, passionate about problem solving and willingness in picking up new skillsets.Other duties assigned by the superior. Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent8-10 years of experience in the related field.Technical knowledge in HPE, Dell EMC, VMware, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Veeam Backup & Recovery.Candidate with Cisco Networking, Database, Cloud certified would be an added advantage.
