Mall Associate

Have ability to approach potential prospect for tenancy- Ensure proper tenant mix and zoning within the mall in line with business strategy and market demand- To ensure smooth and positive relationship with the Subordinates, tenants, suppliers and contractors- Develop and implement approved procedures and systems across all mall functions to ensure smooth co-ordination / co-operation among various internal departments to facilitate business needs and deliver positive customer feedback and positive tenant experiences in Mydin- Follow up on the collection of rental owed from tenants and implementation of contractual terms- No criminal record**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All staff must follow Covid-19 SOP**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)Application Deadline: 12/31/2023
