Mall Manager (Kipmall Bangi / Kipmall Kota Warisan)

Job Description: Lead a team to manage a mall and responsible for day-to-day mall operations, including property management, tenant management, customer service, facilities maintenance, etc. Oversee all aspects of daily mall operations to ensure facilitating good environment for customers. Plan the mall operational strategies and ensure the mall objectives are met and maintained through maximizing tenant occupancy, revenue, attracting shoppers and building the reputation of the mall. Ensure the mall is operating in compliance with all authorities' regulations, and/or with health and safety rules. Conduct mall budgeting and financial activities & negotiate contracts for cost-effective operations. Evaluate mall performance and provide strategic insight and recommendations to the Management. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Demonstrates background in a leadership position, ideally within mall environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of working efficiently under pressure and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
