Position Summary Reporting to the Head of Business Division, you shall be responsible for all special projects and projects development matters in the Company. Roles & Responsibilities: To manage, plan and coordinate all outlet sales and profitability. Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations. Improving systems, processes, and best practices. Managing day-to-day operations as well as the operations team and operations department. Ensuring that organizational processes remain legally compliant with regulations and standards. Maintaining and enforcing health and safety guidelines. Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance. Managing budgets, forecasting, and allocating resources to help meet business and strategic goals. Performing quality assurance controls to ensure the company's products and services meet customer expectations and monitoring production KPIs and metrics. Developing ways to increase the quality of customer service and increase customer satisfaction. Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. Optimizing workflows and processes to save time and money. Overseeing staffing plans and supervising, hiring, and training new employees. Reporting on operational efficiency and quality standards. Using strong communication skills to foster a culture of innovation and productivity in the workplace. Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices. Incorporating new technologies, operating systems, and business processes when necessary. Maintaining service operations with the goal of ensuring sustainability across business operations. Authority: Managing all outlet operations on a daily basis Responsible for outlet customer service and customer experience. To coordinate with Area Coach on outlet operations performance Requirements Qualifications: At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in the Food and Beverage or Hospitality industry. Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia language. (Uniforms, cleanliness, hygiene) To be punctual in attendance and no tardiness issue. Shows strong interest in outlet operations and work in less supervision. High participation in company interest.
