**Program Overview**:As a Management Trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to rotate through various departments, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of our operational practices. Through this rotational program, you will be assigned to departments such as Business & Operations, Financial Planning & Accounting, Internal Audit, and others, enabling you to develop a solid understanding of our organization's operating procedures.**Key Objectives**:- Gain in-depth knowledge of operational practices.- Foster collaboration across departments for a comprehensive business understanding.- Develop leadership and strategic thinking skills.- Establish a talent pool for future leadership roles.- Gain overseas work experience for personal and professional growth.**Key Responsibilities**:During the 24-month program, you will be involved in the following areas:- Learning and Development: Engage in structured learning sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.- Departmental Rotation and Exposure: Gain exposure to various departments within the organization to understand their functions and operations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to key projects and initiatives.- Project Support and Analysis: Assist in analyzing data, conducting research, and preparing reports to support decision-making processes.- Work closely with mentors and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.- Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments. Participate in team meetings, presentations, and discussions to exchange ideas and insights.- Problem-Solving and Decision Making- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.- Proficient in spoken and written English. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.- Willingness to travel and work overseas both short-term and long-term.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Demonstrated leadership potential and a passion for learning.- Adaptable and proactive attitude towards working in a dynamic environment.- Open to Malaysians only.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
