Management Trainee (Production)

About Our Client The Company is one of the largest manufacturers and marketers of prepreg and copper clad laminates for a variety of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Job Descriptions Production: Daily management of front-line workers in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production control. Provide support to the production team in their daily activities, including troubleshooting production issues, coordinating workflow, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards. Monitor production processes on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements. Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime, and other relevant data, and prepare reports for management review. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field. Previous experience in a supervisory role in the manufacturing environment and with minimum 3 years of working experience is a plus. Fresh graduates and entry-level are encouraged to apply. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings as required. Able to travel to China for 3-6 months of training. Able to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
