Job Description:? As Management Trainee, you will undergo a structured training, and will be required to deliver consistent results and performance. You will also be offered a diverse range of opportunities to gain Knowledge and exposure in several areas of businesses, which are:
Sales and Marketing (Develop Skill), Leadership and Training Supply Chain / Customer Service, Warehouse Sales Management and Event Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years working experience in retail industry.
Strong leadership, Good analytical thinking in problem solving , Good personality and good attitude.
Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia, able to speak in Mandarin is added advantage.
Experience in Retail Business ( Sales, Customer Service, Administration ) will be advantage.
Able to travel or relocate to other state.
