Management Trainee - Takaful Consultant

**Role and responsibilities**:- To promote and professionally sell a wide range of insurance products to potential clients as on takaful financial, medical, income, children education, and retirement.- To provide professional advice on financial products based on customer needs.- To build strong client relationships to retain and grow the wealth of the clients.- To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after-sales service- To actively market and sell insurance products to all clients.**Requirements**:- Preferably in Sales-Financial Services (Insurance) or equivalent- Must be creative and have a take-charge personality- Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment- Good communication skill, analytical and problem-solving skills- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia- Fresh graduate encouraged to applyOur HQ office at Radia Office, Bukit Jelutong, Shah AlamWith the mother company at Prudential Ipoh**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduatePart-time hours: 10 per week**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Tips**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
